Located on Armação Beach, this beachfront studio comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests. It features a queen bed, auxiliary bed, balcony with table and chairs, air conditioning, wi-fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for leisure or work, close to the Convention Center, shopping malls, and business centers. The condominium offers a rooftop with infinity pool and complete leisure areas, managed by Carpediem Homes.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior request.
• Bed linen will not be changed during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, bed sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you want a linen change, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning included is only performed at check-out. If you require extra cleaning during your stay, an additional fee will be charged (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests listed in the advertisement may stay in the property, without rotation or replacement during the stay.
• Guests must follow the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, being responsible for any fines applied during the reservation.
• The Art Studio pool undergoes weekly maintenance on Mondays and will be temporarily unavailable for use. Access is restored on Tuesday.

• Kitchen – Equipped with a cooktop, microwave, minibar, coffee maker, pots, dishes, and cutlery, making it easy to prepare simple meals.
• Bathroom – Private, featuring a glass shower, handheld bidet spray, mirror, and cabinet, ensuring comfort and organization.
• Additional items – Hair dryer and iron for added convenience during your stay.

Up to 72 hours before check-in, the guest must provide their arrival time and the details of all guests (full name and taxpayer identification number). After this information is sent, access instructions will be provided, including door codes and details about the parking space assigned to the apartment. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
