General Access and Stay Rules:

• According to Law No. 8,069/1990 (Child and Adolescent Statute – ECA), minors under 18 years old are not allowed to stay unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, except in cases of written authorization with a notarized signature. For this reason, check-in for minors will only be authorized upon presentation of documentation that proves parental relationship or legal guardianship.
• The condominium has 24-hour reception and facial recognition access system. All guests must be registered in advance by providing full name, CPF number, and an official photo ID. Facial registration is carried out upon check-in. It is important to inform your check-in and check-out dates in advance. In case of a change in the check-out date, the front desk must be informed immediately.
• Parties, events, or any kind of loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours must be observed after 10 PM to ensure the comfort and well-being of all. Failure to comply may result in warnings and other measures outlined by the condominium rules.
• For everyone's safety, using glasses, bottles, or any glass container is prohibited in the pool area. Failure to comply may result in fines imposed by the condominium.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
• Small pets are allowed, subject to prior request and approval.
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Bed linen will not be changed during your stay.

If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed. The condominium does not have parking spaces for rental units. There is a private parking lot at Rua César Zama, number 48, about 190 meters from the accommodation, with payment made directly at the location.
