General Access and Stay Rules:

• According to Law No. 8,069/1990 (Child and Adolescent Statute – ECA), accommodation of minors under 18 years old is not allowed unless accompanied by parents or legal guardians, except in cases of written authorization with a notarized signature. Therefore, check-in for minors will only be authorized upon presentation of documentation proving relationship or legal guardianship.
• The condominium has a 24-hour front desk and a facial recognition access system. All guests must be registered in advance by providing full name, CPF, and an official photo ID. Facial registration is completed at check-in. It is essential to inform entry and exit dates in advance. If there is a change in the departure date, the front desk must be notified immediately.
• Parties, events, or any type of loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to ensure the comfort and well-being of everyone. Non-compliance may result in warnings and other measures established by the condominium.
• For everyone's safety, it is forbidden to use glasses, bottles, or any glass container in the pool area. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines imposed by the condominium.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
• Small pets are accepted, subject to prior request and approval.
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• We do not change bed linens during the stay.

If you want a linen change, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
