Important information for your stay:
• Check-in from 3 PM and check-out by 12 PM.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and in the building's common areas.
• Please dispose of trash according to the reception’s instructions.
• Items available in the unit are the guest's responsibility during the stay.
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind after check-out.
• Please respect the Quiet Hours Law by avoiding excessive noise.
• Keep doors and windows closed when using the air conditioning.
• Hairdryers and irons are available for loan at the reception, subject to availability.
• The OMO laundry is located on the ground floor and can be used via the OMO Lavanderia app.
• The development does not serve breakfast, but The Coffee, located on the ground floor, is an excellent option.

- As we are a residential condominium, we didn't possess breakfast service. However, there are many places in the roundness of the condominium that we can indicate! Consult our guide.
Can I pay my permanence with money?
- For the time being, we are just working with electronic payments saw credit card.
What does happen if I lose my key?
- Take care well of his/her key! The entrance card and the key are personal and untransferable during the permanence of the guest and they should be returned to the reception in the action of the check-out. His/her loss or no devolution will cart in an additional cost of R$150,00 for the guest.
