Located at Armação Beach in a beachfront building, this studio offers a permanent front-facing sea view and an extended balcony with a lounge area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. It comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests in a modern, functional space with a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Close to the Convention Center and shopping and business districts, the condominium features a rooftop infinity pool and leisure areas, managed by Carpediem Homes.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - prior request required;
• Bed linen will not be changed during your stay. The linen provided includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, the linen can be replaced for an additional fee, and the request should be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If guests wish to have extra cleaning during their stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.

• The pool at Art Studio undergoes weekly maintenance on Mondays and will be temporarily unavailable for use. It will be open again on Tuesday.

• Kitchen – Equipped with a cooktop, frost free duplex refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, sink, cabinets, as well as pots, dishes, and cutlery; ideal for practical meals during your stay.
• Bathroom – Private, with a glass shower, mirror, and cabinet, functional and well-organized.
• Additional items – Iron and hairdryer for added convenience.

• The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out and on-site rotating parking (there are no marked spaces and no reservations are possible). In order to receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
