Relax in this modern 30.77 m² apartment, ideal for up to 5 guests. With high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom and kitchenette, you have everything you need to enjoy Armação Beach in comfort and convenience.

• Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.

• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;

• Bed linen is not changed during the stay. The set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, a replacement set can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.

• Cleaning included is carried out only at check-out. If guests require additional cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (including cleaning and linen change).

• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.

• Guests are responsible for following condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines incurred during the reservation.

• The Art Studio pool undergoes weekly maintenance on Mondays and is temporarily unavailable for use. It reopens again on Tuesday.

• The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out and on-site rotating parking (there are no marked spaces and no reservations are possible). In order to receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
