Located on Armação Beach in a seafront building, this studio offers a permanent ocean view and a private balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the scenery. Comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests with a double bed and sofa bed, air conditioning, wi-fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Close to the Convention Center and the shopping and business area, the building features a rooftop infinity pool and complete leisure areas, managed by Carpediem Homes.

• Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior request;
• There is no change of bed linens during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• The included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If the guest wants extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen exchange).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines that may be applied during the reservation period.

• The Art Studio pool undergoes weekly maintenance on Mondays, and will be temporarily unavailable for use. It will be open for use again on Tuesday.

Next to the bed, there is a bedside table with a reading light and power outlets, as well as a full-length mirror, ensuring convenience and comfort.
• Balcony with sea view – Private balcony with a full frontal view of Armação Beach, equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
• Kitchen – Equipped with cabinets, cooktop, microwave, frost-free refrigerator, coffee machine, as well as pots, dishes, and cutlery; ideal for preparing quick meals during your stay.
• Bathroom – Private, with a glass shower enclosure, mirror, and cabinet, functional and well-organized.
• Additional items – Hair dryer and ironing board for added convenience during your stay.

• The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out and on-site rotating parking (there are no marked spaces and no reservations are possible). In order to receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
