Here, your stay becomes a true artistic experience. From the room, a side view of the sea frames the landscape like a vibrant canvas, while the contemporary design of the 30.77 m² apartment offers the perfect balance of style and comfort.

• Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.

• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;

• There is no linen change during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.

• The included cleaning is carried out only at check-out. If the guest wishes extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).

• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay on the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.

• The guest is responsible for following the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation period.

• The Art Studio pool undergoes weekly maintenance on Mondays and is temporarily unavailable during this time. It will be accessible again on Tuesday.

• The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out and on-site rotating parking (there are no marked spaces and no reservations are possible). In order to receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
