General Rules for Access and Stay:

• According to Law No. 8,069/1990 (Statute of the Child and Adolescent – ECA), it is not permitted for individuals under 18 years old to stay without being accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, except with written authorization with notarized signature. For this reason, check-in for minors will only be authorized upon presentation of documents proving kinship or legal guardianship.
• The condominium has 24-hour reception and an access system by facial recognition. All guests must be registered in advance by providing their full name, identification number, and an official photo ID. Facial registration is done at check-in. It is essential to inform the entry and exit dates in advance. In case of any change in the departure date, the reception must be notified immediately.
• Parties, events, or any type of loud noise are not allowed. Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. and must be respected to ensure everyone’s comfort and well-being. Failure to comply may result in warnings and other measures established by the condominium.
• For everyone's safety, it is prohibited to use glasses, bottles, or any glass containers in the pool area. Violation of this rule may result in fines imposed by the condominium.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
• Small pets are accepted, subject to prior request and approval.
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the property.
• Bed linen is not changed during the stay.

The property does not have parking spaces available for rental units. There is a private parking facility on Rua César Zama, No. 48, approximately 190 meters from the accommodation, with payment made directly at the location.
