The building offers a rooftop pool, gym, coworking space, mini market, laundry, and modern security, in a prime location near Beira-Mar and the Handicraft Market.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
• Bed linens are not changed during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee and must be requested in advance.
• Included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If the guest wishes additional cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation period.

- Note: the building is new, and some neighboring units are still being completed. There may be construction noise during business hours, which is temporary and common in newly delivered buildings. We appreciate your understanding.

• The building offers 24-hour reception, easy check-in and check-out and one parking space per apartment. To send access instructions, guests must inform the time of arrival and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
