Enjoy an exclusive experience at Garden Haus, a sophisticated beachfront development on Bessa Beach in João Pessoa. The studio features a queen bed, balcony with hammock, equipped kitchen, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and Alexa with automated lights, TV, and air conditioning for enhanced comfort. The condo offers a panoramic rooftop, infinity pool overlooking the sea, gym, coworking space, restaurant, mini market, laundry facilities, bike storage, and direct beach access.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Cleaning included is done only at check-out. If guests want extra cleaning during their stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen replacement).
• Breakfast is not included in the rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests listed in the advertisement may stay in the property, with no rotation or replacement allowed during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, as well as for any fines incurred during the reservation.

• Automated apartment with Alexa, allowing you to control the lighting in the bedroom and bathroom, as well as to turn the TV and air conditioning on and off, providing a modern, practical, and technological experience during your stay.
• Balcony with hammock, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and peaceful moments of rest.
• Compact and fully equipped kitchen with frost-free duplex refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, cabinets, pots, dishes, and cutlery for convenient meal preparation.
• Functional bathroom with glass shower, cabinet, mirror, and bidet shower.

• The building offers 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out, and on-site rotating parking (no assigned spots and reservations are not possible). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the full names and identification numbers of all accompanying guests at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, this information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
