• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;
• There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a kitchen towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If the guest requires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay on the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, as well as for any fines issued during the reservation.

For access instructions to be sent, guests must provide their arrival time and companion details (full name and identification number) at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the check-in day or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after booking confirmation.
