The space accommodates up to 2 guests and offers a city view, Wi-Fi, and a compact kitchen with essentials. The property follows the Smart Living concept, featuring a skybridge, infinity pool, gym with sea view, coworking space, Mini Market, and amenities designed for a practical and comfortable stay.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - subject to prior request;
• There is no linen change during the stay. The provided set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, bed sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested for an extra fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is carried out only at check-out. If the guest desires extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay at the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, as well as any fines applied during the reservation.

To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and identification number) at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
